1 cup of almond unsweetened milk (say no to lactose)
1 – 2 cup of steamed carrots (natural sweetness and lots of fiber)
1 table spoon raw cocoa powder (great antioxidant)
1-2 cups of spinach (for all of the good things that spinach contains: vitamins, calcium, etc.)
1/2 oz of raw almonds (for extra energy)
1 scoop of chocolate Shakeology – this one if purely for awesomeness
Blend it together in blender and you get great desert for your family.
