P90X2 Sample Meal Plan

This is my current meal plan for the first phase of P90X2.

It is based roughly on 2100 calories / day with 50% protein, 30% carbohydrates, and 20% fat. It roughly comes down to 160 grams of carbs, 260 grams of protein, and 50 grams of fat. It is also designed in a way so that I could eat most of my day time meals while I am on the road or in the office.
